Yes! you can exchange your pants for a different size if they don’t fit you well. If you follow our sizing charts correctly, our pants will fit you just fine. In case the pants don’t fit you well even after exchanging for a different size, you can return the pants and we’ll refund your full order amount. You’ll have 60 days from the date of delivery to finish the exchange/return process.

Is the zipper comfortable?
We’ve been testing these pants and zippers out for 5 1/2 years on horseback, rock climbing, hiking, camping, cycling, driving, and everything else that women encounter on a daily basis and the only thing we’ve heard from dozens of women is how comfortable they are and how they never noticed the zipper.

How is it possible to "wipe your butt" and keep your underwear clean?
First we must understand this is an entirely new concept. So we recommend practicing with the underwear first then with the pants on.Once you’re in the unzip to squat position you part the underwear and it’s easy to see where you tuck it the underwear into the opening in your leg.

Why are there no logos on the pants?
I was reflecting on what I wanted my logo to be?….what did I want it to look like? Then I thought to myself, how I never liked a companies logo brand on my clothing. The bigger, the louder the logo a company had on a piece of clothing, the further I was to purchasing that item. I’d want to buy it for what it has to offer me. Style, comfort, performance, etc. I’m not somebody’s billboard. I’m also not something you brand. I’m a human being, I’m a woman. I’m also standing up against the exploitation of women. We are not objects. ELIRA means Freedom, to be set free. Isn’t that what we all want?

Should I go by waist size or my hip size?
The waist on the pants can cinch in some, so if there is a big difference between waist and hip size, following the waist size isn’t reliable. It’s going to be somewhere between the two sizes. We would suggest to go by your experience in how you currently purchase and fit pants to wear. These are outdoor pants, so it isn’t recommended to have a tight fit that restricts your ability to move around in them.

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
